THE DEBATE ON GLOBALIZATION Introduction In recent decades, globalisation has set about more and more influential in stinting and mixer issues world bulky; it tended to describe the current position or was presented as a phenomenon that reflected a targeted ideology. The globalisation phenomenon is multi-dimensional; it includes physical, normative and symbolic activities of state in both domesticated and international dimensions (Gill, 2003; Held and McGrew, 2000).

Hence, it is not affecting the whole world in the equal amount. Instead, it provides different opportunities and threats (or risks) to countries. If a country does not solve the benefits of existing opportunities, and is not able to transform threats into his accept favour, it is its own fault (Somel, 2002). Globalization involves the hunt for markets in weak countries, the presence international financial institutions, multinationals and strong countries generating hegemonic pressure on them.
