The two songs are pretty more than the same apart from the vocals, overall I prefer the Mose Allison version because there is more character in the song, but the Chet Atkins song is by far more interesting to listen too. both songs are in 4/4 and in the key of C, and drums and bass always stay in the background giving the other instruments a more dominant part.
