Interviewer comments| The individualistic who piloted this item liked the simplicity of the question and believed it was well mute but felt the scoring key was too non-specific and needed to identify how and at what level the KSAs were being utilize. In response to this we have changed the 5-point question to read Applicant has used their own judgement and knowledge of store procedures on numerous occasions to order and predict inventory for future periods. And based on this best answer the remaining 4 point criteria included elements of the KSAs being tested.|
