Summary
In this node talk, I convey learnt a lot al around solid provender poisoning, the speaker had mentioned or so some issues that we ar unattended usually. For example, she has led out how many information behind the kitchen we are not wise to clearly? Is it safe to eat? Where the ingredients came from? are they safe and clean? How about the processing of food readying? Are we storing food properly?
If we dont intend the above questions before we enjoy the meal, we may understanding food poisoning. Except the most popular poisoning of Cholera and E.coli O157:H7 Infection, thither are still many types of poisoning, for example Listeria, Norovirus, Vibrio Parahaemolytics and Ciguatera slant Poisoning.
Those bacterium I have listed above will cause some diseases if we consumed some unclean foods. Most of the symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or abdominal cramps. But if we consumed some of Ciguatera Fish Poisoning, it may come of some serious disease such as heart and blood vessels problem.
So, for avoid these problems, we deprivation to have a good behavior for processing and storing food, wangle food thoroughly before we eating, avoid eating unrefined and undercooked seafood.
Also, keeping the noble personal and environmental hygiene is the most important causes of prevention.

After attended the guest talk about food poisoning, I think I have a responsibility for spread the messages of prevention food poisoning to the others. particularly my grandpa, he loves eating seafood so much, so he has the high risk of getting Ciguatera Fish Poisoning. According nowadays there are so much different kind of food for choose, our risk of getting poisoned will increase comparatively. So we moldiness be aware of food safetys importance.
