Censorship and womens routines in the work place cause been the two most controversial things in American history. Everyone defines security review; wikipedia defines it, as is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicatory material which may be considered objectionable, harmful or sensitive, as determined by a censor. This is not just in books or songs, it also occurred first in the movies, and the older movies where you had no skin, or kissing showing. While censorship was a monumental deal, women in the work, has always been an issue and is still one today. So this musical composition will discuss how both change from the 30s to 70s.
Popular wisdom has it that the role of women in the workplace has drastically changed over the past few decades (Illich, 1982). That the role has changed is a precondition, but what is not so apparent is the expressive style in which it has evolved particularly over the past ten years. This paper will examine the question, Is there discrimination in the workplace? Looking at the role of gender within the occupational force, the paper will analyze type of occupation, availability of jobs, hiring, firing, and procession (Illich, 1982). All these characteristics will be evaluated in relation to real roles within the job market (Illich, 1982).
